Our artwork is printed using premium inks on high-quality, acid-free matte archival poster paper, ensuring vibrant colors and longevity.

Full Bleed Printing: 

We offer full-bleed art prints with no border. If you would like a border, please specify the size during checkout. Please note that if you order an art print, for example, 16"x20" with a border, the size of the art paper will remain the same, and the artwork itself will be slightly reduced to accommodate the chosen border size.

Efficient Fulfillment: 

Your order will be printed at one of our four fulfilment centres located in the US, UK, Netherlands, and Australia. This helps us avoid delivery delays. Please note that we ship Canadian orders from our UK warehouse.

Processing and Shipping: 

Allow 2-4 working days for processing before your order is shipped. We proudly ship our products worldwide.

Color Disclaimer: 

Please note that colors may vary due to differences in monitor settings, and the printing process can slightly alter the colors of your print.

Shipping Information:

We ship worldwide with estimated delivery times as follows:

- **USA:** 3-5 business days
- **Europe:** 3-7 business days
- **Canada:** 5-10 business days
- **Australia & Rest of the World:** 10-20 business days

Our print shop operates from two locations: one in the USA and another in Europe. You will receive your prints from the printer closest to you for faster delivery.

International Shipping:

Please note that international shipments may incur customs fees. These fees vary according to each country's customs policy and are based on several factors, including weight, value, and size. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any customs fees.

Final Sale Policy:

Please note that we do not accept returns on any items as all orders are custom printed. This means all sales are final. We encourage you to consider your purchase carefully before placing your order.

Damaged Items:

If your product arrives damaged, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of receiving your shipment. To initiate a return for a damaged item, please follow these steps:

2. Include a clear picture of the damaged item in your email before returning it.

Order Didn’t Arrive?

If your order hasn’t arrived, please let us know! Here’s what to do:
1. Check your shipping confirmation to ensure that the shipping address you provided is correct.
2. If the address was incorrect, we can send a replacement to the correct address, but you will need to cover the cost.
